PROGRAM

Tips & Tricks for a better Flash / Prep purification

  • Tools and methodology for method development and method transfer from TLC or HPLC
  • Parameters to consider to make a successful TLC plate
  • How to choose the right column (type and size) for an efficient separation
  • Parameters for optimal injection

One single Mass Spec for many different applications to simplify & accelerate your workflow :

  • Understanding API Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry : The Basics
  • ESI and APCI: which one to use and when?
  • How our CMS can help you simplifying & accelerating your routine workflow?

Hands-on experience with your samples

  • Genius for easy and secured method development
  • Autosampler for fully automated purification process
  • Low to high pressure LC purification of small & large molecules with 3 detections (UV, ELSD & MS)
  • Experience Mass Directed Purification your way:
    • Collect only your peaks of interest
    • Reduce or eliminate the need for fraction analysis with confidence, knowing you collected your peak of interest
    • Use all Flash column sizes without backpressure thanks to our unique SplitterQ&A part

Q&A Part

*Bring your own sample to challenge our tools/methodology

In case you bring a sample, and send us following information about your sample before the April 18, 2025:

  • HPLC chromatogram or TLC plate (with gradient information, injected quantity/volume, column used for HPLC and solvent used for the TLC plate)
  • Information about the compound in both cases (size and if possible name of the compound, solubility in the solvents used for HPLC or TLC)
  • Quantity you would like to purify (maximum 300 mg)
