De SFR vario V3 is een geavanceerde, niet-invasieve lezer voor schudkolven, ontworpen voor realtime-monitoring van kritische parameters zoals zuurstof (O₂), biomassa, pH en zuurstofopnamesnelheid (OUR) tijdens microbiële en celkweekprocessen. Door gebruik te maken van de optische sensortechnologie is nauwkeurige en continue gegevensverwerving mogelijk zonder de kweekomgeving te verstoren.

SFR vario V3 Reader voor schudkolven – Realtime-monitoring van O₂, biomassa, pH, & OUR

Belangrijkste toepassingen: microbiële fermentatie, celcultuuroptimalisatie, bioprocesontwikkeling, mediaoptimalisatie en metabolische studies.

Belangrijkste kenmerken

  • Simultane realtime-meting van O₂, biomassa en pH of CO₂.

  • Niet-invasieve technologie: optische sensoren in de bodem van de kolf maken metingen mogelijk zonder monsternames, wat het risico op contaminatie vermindert.

  • Draadloze gegevensoverdracht: bluetooth-connectiviteit vereenvoudigt naadloze dataoverdracht naar pc's of notebooks.

  • Controle van met meerdere units: stuurt tot vier SFR vario-toestellen tegelijk met de speciale software.

  • Veelzijdige compatibiliteit: ondersteunt verschillende maten van kolven (125 mL tot 5000 mL) met of zonder schotten.
