De MIRI® Time-Lapse-incubator is een multiroom-incubator met ingebouwde camera en microscoop. Microbial air monitoring system that samples at 25l/min to comply with continuous monitoring of the new GMP Annex 1 in Grade A and B zones. Unit is constructed in stainless steel to resist H2O2 decontamination. The unit can be connected with up to 3 satellite units to sample different locations simultaneously, or program them to sample in relay. System can also be configured to do remote sampling. Cartridges en Onderdelen

1. Cartridge

Het voorfilterpakket verwijdert de meeste grote deeltjes, chloor, calcium of organische verbindingen om het RO-membraan te beschermen en de levensduur ervan te verlengen.

Het ultrazuiveringspatroon is gevuld met LeFilTM- en OrganeFilTM-media om sporen van ionen en organische stoffen te verwijderen.

2. Bedieningsconsole

De 8-inch console bedient het systeem en randapparatuur (zoals de lekbeveiliging en de tankreinigingsmodule). Alle handelingen kunnen op de console worden uitgevoerd door de s aan te raken.

De bedieningsconsole kan op de werkbank of in een lade worden geplaatst voor nog meer flexibiliteit en ruimtebesparing.

Het scherm van de console en de dispenserschermen zijn waterdruppelbestendig. U kunt de console en de dispenser bedienen met latex handschoenen aan.

Het systeem heeft om veiligheidsredenen een wachtwoordbeveiliging met twee niveaus op het displaymenu.

3. Dispenser

De volumetrische functie kan automatisch de benodigde hoeveelheid water leveren zodra deze is ingesteld. 

 Met de instelknop op een bedieningsconsole of een dispenser kunt u water afgeven met het gewenste debiet tot 2 liter per minuut. 

Een dispenserhendel kan op de dispenserstandaard, op het hoofdsysteem of zelfs op andere plaatsen worden bevestigd om maximale werkbankruimte vrij te maken.​

4. Eindfilter

Er is een breed scala aan eindfilters (optioneel) beschikbaar om ultrapuur water zonder deeltjes, bacteriën of pyrogenen te garanderen.

Internal EDI module removes the remaining ions, further reduces the content of organic compounds and has a certain capacity to prevent the growth of bacteria from RO water.

Ion exchange resins are continuously regenerated by an electric field. No hazardous chemical regeneration or costly resin replacement is needed.

EDI module has a high degree of automation and minimal electricity consumption by using the equivalent of energy.

2. Cartridge

Internal P Pack cartridge removes oxidants, organics, particles and scaling ions to prevent them from fouling the RO membranes and the EDI module.
