Pourquoi dois-je prélever des échantillons de gaz comprimés pour détecter la présence de micro-organismes ?

L'air comprimé joue un rôle essentiel dans divers processus de fabrication, tels que le contrôle des vannes et des cylindres, la découpe des matériaux, le mélange des substances et l'emballage des marchandises. Dans l'environnement humide d'un système d'air comprimé, les micro-organismes tels que les bactéries, les levures et les moisissures trouvent des conditions idéales pour se développer. Ces micro-organismes peuvent présenter des risques importants pour les fabricants, entraînant potentiellement une contamination des produits, des rappels, une perte de confiance du public et, dans les cas les plus graves, des fermetures d'installations et des pertes de revenus. Pour garantir la qualité des produits et prévenir la contamination, les fabricants doivent mettre en place un programme complet de surveillance de l'air comprimé.

Si une installation incorpore de l'air ou du gaz comprimé dans ses processus de fabrication, il est essentiel d'inclure des tests microbiens dans le cadre de son plan de surveillance de l'air comprimé. Les fabricants utilisent généralement des échantillonneurs à impaction microbienne pour évaluer la propreté de leurs systèmes d'air comprimé. L'analyse de la croissance microbienne qui s'ensuit est conforme aux normes ISO 8573-7. Cette analyse fournit des données essentielles, notamment le nombre total d'unités formant des colonies (UFC) et la classification des morphologies des parois cellulaires bactériennes en deux catégories principales : Gram-positif ou Gram-négatif.

VERIGAS is a complementary instrument for TRIO.BAS Microbial Air Sampler

The VERIGAS system consists of ONE digital command unit and TWO different bells (EASYGAS + VERITEST) which perform TWO different tests: 

  • When using EASYGAS, it sample the compressed gas in the cleanroom. The linked digital control unit functions as a flow meter to manage the gas or air flow from the compressed supply before it passes through the microbiological sampler.
  • The VERITEST checks the level of precision of the flow rate in all microbiological air samplers. The result is displayed at the conclusion of the test. displayed as either WARNING or ERROR (the air sampler is not calibrated within calibration requirements) or OK (the air sampler is still calibrated) on the control unit.

The VERIGAS ascertains variations in pressure produced by the air sampler as it draws air through a bell-shaped aspirating chamber that is affixed to the sampler's head and made of technopolymer for VERITEST and stainless steel for EASYGAS. A sensor for differential pressure measures this fluctuation and compares it to the standards.

The EASY GAS checks that product contact air is contamination free within sterile or aseptic manufacturing facilities like Cleanroom
Any air sampler is easily and aseptically connected to the output of compressed gas.
Before entering the aspiration head of a TRIO.BAS air sampler, the air flow from the compressed supply is regulated by a flow valve.
All the sampling data is transferred via Bluetooth or cable (depending on the TRIO.BAS model used) to a PC by a dedicated software according to GMP and GLP.

It can be used in combination with TRIO.BAS, AIRBIO and MULTIFLEX air samplers.

FLUGAS is a microbiological sampler to test the quality of compressed air, Nitrogen, CO2 or other gas in Cleanroom.

FLUGAS System Petri contains flow meter, ASPIGAS chamber, aspirating head Petri and digital timer.


If the FLUGAS System is used in combination with ASPIGAS chamber, the test is manual and the time is calculated by a digital timer.

If the FLUGAS System is used in combination with a TRIO.BAS or an AIRBIO ONE air sampler the whole cycle of the test is programmed automatically, controlled and recorded by the software of the device. The sampling data can be transferred via cable or Bluetooth to a PC with a dedicated software according to GMP and GPL.
