Monsternameprocedure standaardiseren en voldoen aan ISO 1893
Microbiële oppervlaktebemonstering met contactplaten (bv. RODAC) is een belangrijk onderdeel van milieumonitoring in diverse industrieën. ISO 1893 geeft enige richtlijnen over hoe dit te implementeren. 2 aspecten zijn belangrijk om horizontale oppervlakken te bemonsteren:
- De druk/het gewicht op het oppervlak moet worden gestandaardiseerd
- De bemonsteringstijd moet worden gestandaardiseerd op 10 seconden.
Oppervlaktemonstername is een belangrijk onderdeel van de monitoring van levensvatbare deeltjes binnen de GMP Annex 1-richtlijn voor de productie van steriele geneesmiddelen.

TRIO.CPS Contact Plate Sampler system for surfaces is used to evaluate the correct cleaning of all surfaces in contact with food and dairy products to validate the HACCP and training of the staff.
