Entrust your pipettes for precision: calibration & volume verification
How often should you verify the calibration of your pipettes?
At least once or twice a year, or whenever quality control results raise doubts about their performance.
Maintenance helps you prolong the lifespan of your pipettes, while frequent calibration ensures reliability and precision. Regular calibration is recommended by GLP, GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
Calibration for all brands is conducted following the specifications of ISO 8655-6 standard. The calibration service utilizes the gravimetric method, in accordance with ISO 8655-6, using a calibrated and ISO/IEC 17025 certified analytical balance. Temperature control is maintained using a calibrated thermometer, and the use of bi-distilled water ensures more accurate volume evaluation. A calibration certificate, encompassing all calibration results, ensures perfect traceability and comparability with past and future results.
After service they will be returned fully calibrated and maintained and will perform to manufacturer’s original specifications.
