Our onboarding program in Belgium and the Netherlands is designed to help you understand Analis, meet your colleagues and quickly find your place in our lab industry environment. From practical support to training, coaching and a dedicated buddy, we guide you step by step through your first days, weeks and months.
Before Your Arrival: What Does Analis Prepare for You?
Before your first day, our HR team and your manager prepare everything you need so you can start in the best conditions.
Your workstation, IT equipment and access are set up in advance, and your agenda for the first days is carefully planned.
You receive all practical information about your contract, schedule and workplace, and a welcome pack is ready for you. This way, you can focus on discovering your role, your team and our company.
Your First Day: What Happens on Your First Day at Analis?
On your first day, the HR team and your manager personally welcome you and introduce you to your colleagues.
You get an overview of Analis, our activities in the lab industry and our core values: Respect, Excellence and Passion.
You visit the offices and facilities, meet your direct team and start discovering your tasks. We take the time to answer all your questions so that you feel comfortable in your new environment from the very beginning.
Buddy & mentoring: How Does the Buddy System Work at Analis?
Every new colleague at Analis is assigned a buddy during the onboarding period.
Your buddy is an experienced colleague who supports you in your day-to-day questions, helps you understand how things work and introduces you to our way of working.
Together with your manager and HR, your buddy helps you build your network inside the company and feel at home faster. This mentoring approach is an essential part of our people-oriented onboarding program.

Technical and soft skills development:
How will you be trained and supported in your role?
From the start, you follow a structured training path aligned with your role, whether you join us in sales, as a field service engineer, in application support or in a support function.
You receive technical training on our scientific instruments, lab solutions and services, as well as soft skills development in areas such as communication, project follow-up and customer care.
Your manager regularly reviews your progress and objectives with you, and you can count on ongoing coaching to help you grow in your function and in your career.
