Cell & Gene Therapies (CGTs)
Recent years have seen a steady rise in the number of cell and gene therapies (CGTs) on the market. More than 75 had launched by the end of 2019.
Many more are in development, offering the promise of transformative healthcare (see more in 2021 McKinsey & Cie article).
A broad overview of solutions adapted to cell & gene therapy labs is illustrated in the steps of our immunotherapy workflow for CAR-T cell therapies:

Immunotherapy Workflow
Cancer is a major health challenge affecting millions of people worldwide and has spurred the development of innovative therapies — for example, immunotherapies that use the body's immune system to fight cancer cells, including the promising CAR-T cell therapy, which engineers the patient's own T cells to destroy cancer cells.
Immunotherapies include cell-based therapies, antibody-based therapies, vaccines, and combination therapies including gene therapies.
Discover, through the immunotherapy workflow, how Analis' solutions can help you overcome your main challenges — from early discovery to scaling up production.

Synthetic biology (SYNBIO)
Synthetic Biology brings engineers and biologists together to design or redesign and build novel biomolecular components, networks and pathways, and to use these to rewire and reprogram organisms.
It lets life-science technologies design, synthesize, test and deploy antigens and variants with fast results, high expression and capacity. Alongside its many other applications, using synthetic genes now helps accelerate rapid vaccine development.
Analis's broad portfolio offers efficient solutions to accelerate your SynBio workflow.

Molecular Diagnostics
For infectious disease, molecular diagnostics has major advantages over serology alone. It is more sensitive, detecting lower amounts of infectious agents and enabling earlier detection than was previously possible.
Analis' solutions support you in the molecular diagnostic workflows for viral and bacterial pathogens, and offer strong support for your clinical research in oncology.

In Vitro Fertilization - IVF
IVF is a fertilization process where an egg is combined with sperm outside the body, in vitro ('in glass'). It involves monitoring and stimulating a woman's ovulation, retrieving one or more eggs from her ovaries, and letting sperm fertilize them in liquid in a laboratory. After the fertilized egg (zygote) is cultured for 2-6 days, it is transferred into the same or another woman's uterus to establish a successful pregnancy.

Early Sepsis Detection
Analis Solutions is committed to fighting sepsis, a global health concern with a high mortality rate.
We offer a comprehensive approach to early sepsis detection and management using the Monocyte Distribution Width (MDW), a distinctive haematological biomarker. It helps assess the severity of infection and the risk of sepsis in adult patients.
Our solutions also span several lab disciplines and include innovative tools for antibiotic stewardship. We aim to improve patient outcomes and reduce the healthcare costs of sepsis. Learn more about sepsis patient-management solutions and explore our offering in Hematology, Immunoassay, Microbiology and Urinalysis.
Neurodegenerative diseases
New blood tests aim to detect early Alzheimer's less invasively and more accessibly. Labs could soon play a leading role in Alzheimer's testing. Rather than relying on invasive, often hard-to-access methods such as CSF testing and PET scans, the future of Alzheimer's testing could center on the lab, with several new blood tests targeting Alzheimer's biomarkers.
