Well-being at work: sports, wellness and social life

Your well-being matters to us, both at work and outside of work. Our teams organise a variety of leisure activities such as yoga, padel, basketball and other sports. We also create moments to connect, with after-work events, welcome lunches, team-building activities and social gatherings.

These activities help colleagues from our three locations in Namur, Ghent and Zaltbommel get to know each other, share good moments and build strong relationships across teams and functions.

A dedicated internal workgroup organises initiatives and projects to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. This is also reflected in our internal survey: 92% of respondents said there is good cohesion between colleagues, 87% are satisfied with their relationships at work and 80% feel trust exists between colleagues.  
 Yes. In our latest satisfaction survey, 92% of respondents said they feel involved in their work and 85% said they feel they have a voice or are heard in decision-making. This reflects our commitment to giving space to ideas, feedback and employee participation.
Well-being at Analis is supported through both the work environment and human relationships. We organise sports and wellness activities such as yoga, padel and basketball, as well as team events and social moments. Our survey also showed that 93% of respondents have developed positive ways to cope with stress, 90% feel supported by their manager and 86% are satisfied with their working hours. 
Yes. A positive working atmosphere is one of the strengths highlighted in our survey. 92% of respondents said there is good cohesion between colleagues, 82% feel there are few or no tensions in their teams, and 87% are satisfied with their relationships with colleagues. These results reflect the importance we place on respect, teamwork and a supportive environment.
Yes. Learning and development are an important part of life at Analis. We offer training, coaching and opportunities to grow throughout your career. In our latest survey, 84% of respondents said there are enough training opportunities, 89% said their role is clear and 81% feel they have freedom of choice in their work.
