As a provider of scientific instruments and furniture for laboratories for almost a century, the ANALIS Group is renowned for its expertise in the Benelux. Established in 1927, Analis sa has its head office in Namur (Belgium South) and a branch office: Analis nv in Ghent (Belgium North).
In 2018, Analis established local presence in the Netherlands (in Zaltbommel ), Analis bv, to enhance service proximity.
In 2021, Analis and Dutscher (France) founded Dulis, specialized in labware, scientific consumables and small equipment covering the BENELUX, to provide a complementary range of labware with more than 50,000 references.
In 2022, Analis strengthened its position as a complete lab solution provider in the Netherlands by acquiring VOS Instrumenten and PL Labo. This enabled Analis to offer a broader range of solutions. In 2022, Analis consolidated its operations with VOS Instrumenten at the Zaltbommel site to optimize team synergies and provide customers with a more comprehensive approach.
In 2025, Analis continued its acquisitions by incorporating Hollen BV, a Belgian specialist in scientific and educational laboratory equipment, into its group. Also in 2025, Analis acquired Technex BV, a Dutch company based in Wormerveer that specializes in advanced testing, measurement, and simulation equipment for industry and laboratories.

Dulis was founded in 2021
by two reputable companies specializing in scientific laboratory equipment: Analis
(Benelux) and Dutscher
(France). Dulis
specializes in distributing labware, scientific consumables, and equipment throughout Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
With over 50,000 items in its
catalog

VOS Instrumenten
After establishing Analis BV in 2018 and Dulis in 2021 (a joint venture with the Dutscher Group), Analis acquired the company PL Labo in 2022. Then, in 2022, Analis acquired the Dutch company VOS Instrumenten.
VOS instrumenten, founded by Rob Vos in 1983, has grown to become a broad supplier of laboratory products.
With the acquisition by Analis, the progress and continuity of services are guaranteed.

In February 2025,
Analis expanded its presence with the acquisition of holleen bv
Founded 35 years ago, Holleen is a Belgian company that specializes in scientific and educational laboratory equipment.
It offers a range of teaching materials in line with the latest technical and scientific developments

holleen bv has been integrated into Analis' Dutch subsidiary: VOS Instrumenten bv, which operates in the same sector. VOS Instrumenten bv has been part of the Analis Group since 2022 and has already proven its expertise and commitment to innovation and quality.
