For almost a century, the ANALIS Group has supplied scientific instruments and laboratory furniture, building a strong reputation in the Benelux. Founded in 1927, Analis sa has its head office in Namur (southern Belgium) and a branch, Analis nv, in Ghent (northern Belgium).
In 2018, Analis set up a local presence in the Netherlands — Analis bv in Zaltbommel — for closer service.
In 2021, Analis and Dutscher (France) founded Dulis, specialized in labware, scientific consumables and small equipment across the Benelux, offering a complementary range with more than 50,000 references.
In 2022, Analis strengthened its position as a complete lab-solution provider in the Netherlands by acquiring VOS Instrumenten and PL Labo, broadening its range. That same year, it consolidated operations with VOS Instrumenten at the Zaltbommel site to improve team synergies and offer customers a more comprehensive approach.
In 2025, Analis continued its acquisitions, bringing Holleen BV — a Belgian specialist in scientific and educational lab equipment — into the group. Also in 2025, it acquired Technex BV, a Dutch company in Wormerveer specialized in advanced testing, measurement and simulation equipment for industry and labs.

Dulis - Labware for you
Dulis was founded in 2021 by two respected companies in scientific lab equipment: Analis (Benelux) and Dutscher (France). It distributes labware, scientific consumables and equipment across Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
With over 50,000 items in its catalog and one of the largest stocks in Europe, Dulis' technical sales team advises customers and provides the best possible service, always listening to improve services and product development.

VOS Instrumenten
After founding Analis bv in 2018 and Dulis in 2021 (a joint venture with the Dutscher Group), Analis acquired PL Labo in 2022, and the same year acquired the Dutch company VOS Instrumenten.
VOS Instrumenten, founded by Rob Vos in 1983, has grown into a broad supplier of laboratory products.
With the acquisition by Analis, the continuity and development of services are assured.

We want to grow further and see an opportunity in education: there we can already introduce students to technology effectively.
And through VOS we can also market products under our own label."

In February 2025, Analis expanded its presence by acquiring Holleen bv.
Founded 35 years ago, Holleen is a Belgian company specialized in scientific and educational laboratory equipment.
It offers a range of teaching materials in line with the latest technical and scientific developments.

Holleen bv has been integrated into Analis' Dutch subsidiary VOS Instrumenten bv, which operates in the same sector. Part of the Analis Group since 2022, VOS Instrumenten bv has proven its expertise and commitment to innovation and quality. The synergy between the two will strengthen the Analis Group's distribution and service capabilities and expand its product portfolio.
