Schedule a pre-installation visit to optimise the implementation of your laboratory instruments. During a visit, our service engineers will review your needs and working environment with you, taking into account the organisation of your staff. The aim is to work with you to define the best equipment layout for optimum ergonomic use.
Installation and commissioning :
Our field service engineers will install your equipment with commissioning (functional verification and testing) to supplier's standards (IQ); and configure your instruments and accessories with software implementation. The commissioning process also includes training users in best practice to ensure reliable, high-quality results.
