Pre-installation: Think well together
Schedule a pre-installation visit to optimize implemantion of your lab instruments. This crucial step allows our team to ensure optimal setup and configuration, setting the stage for seamless integration and maximum efficiency in your laboratory operations. During a visit, our service engineers will examine together with you, your requirement and working environment while taking into account your staff’s organization. The aim is to define together the best implantation of the equipment for optimal ergonomic use.
Installation & Commissioning:
Together with your staff, our team will organize the planning of the installation to guarantee that all systems & software can operate immediately according to our requirements.
Our field service engineers will install your equipment with commissioning (check-up & functional tests)
in accordance with the supplier’s standards (IQ) and configurate your instruments & accessories wIth sotfware implementation. The commissioning process also includes user training on best practices to ensure high-quality and reliable results.
