This Cell Culture Package includes:
- Sigma 4-5KL refrigerated benchtop centrifuge
- 1 swing-out rotor no. 11650
- 2 sets of 2 buckets no. 13450 (total 4)
- 2 adapters no. 17660
- 2 adapters no. 17649
The Sigma 4-5KL refrigerated centrifuge, like the Sigma 4-5L unrefrigerated version, is designed for high-throughput laboratories with changing and heavy workloads. Its versatility makes it a reliable solution for cell culture workflows and other applications requiring both capacity and temperature control.
The device ensures gentle handling of temperature-sensitive samples thanks to its –10 °C to +40 °C cooling system and Rapid Temp pre-cooling function. In addition, the ECO mode reduces energy use and noise levels, creating a more efficient and comfortable working environment.
Highlights
- Max. 4 × 750 ml capacity (swing-out rotor 11650)
- Up to 144 tubes per run with dedicated adapters
- Temperature control from –10 °C to +40 °C
- 50 programmable runs with Spincontrol L interface
- Monitoring of specimen temperature with alarm function (patented)
- Short acceleration/deceleration times
- Motorized lid lock and high imbalance tolerance
- ECO mode for energy-efficient standby
- Available as IVD product
