NEW EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIP WITH ACOERELA

Their breakthrough probes and reference standards are setting a new benchmark in clarity and precision for EVs, nanoparticles, bacteria, and tumour research.

Why it matters: Traditional EV tracking probes often produce non-specific signals, making experiments harder to interpret. Acoerela’s solutions eliminate this challenge, helping scientists clearly distinguish biological signals from background noise.   In addition, their Reference Liposomes provide a reliable tool for instrument optimisation and assay standardisation—ensuring confidence and reproducibility across experiments.

Stronger together: This collaboration creates powerful synergies with our workflow solutions in nanoparticle research, including ultracentrifugation, density gradient centrifugation, particle sizing, microscopy, and flow cytometry.
By combining Acoerela’s innovations with our advanced instrumentation, we are equipping researchers with an integrated toolkit to accelerate discovery and push the boundaries of biomedical research.

Advancements in oncology research & molecular detection by expanding the global reach of the superRCA assay.

A new partnership between Beckman Coulter & Rarity Bioscience expands the global reach of this pioneering new solution which accelerates the detection of mutations by using flow cytometry with logarithmically higher sensitivity compared to current gold standard digital PCR (dPCR) method.

What is superRCA®?

It's an ultrasensitive multiplex assay for detecting very small amounts of DNA sequence variants  such as cancer mutations, in tissue or liquid biopsy samples. superRCA® can detect 1 mutation out of 100,000 wild-type DNA molecules.
Traditional flow cytometry has been primarily utilised for phenotype analysis. However, this new platform integrates a molecular assay based on rolling circle amplification (RCA) and padlock probes, enabling high-sensitivity detection of genetic mutations. By combining these technologies, the superRCA assays provide specific and multiplex detection of sequence variants, including single-point DNA mutations, with precision.

Infra red flow cytometry dye New Infrared Dyes for Flow Cytometry (IR820, IR870 & ViaKrome 808)

Looking for New Infrared Dyes for Flow Cytometry (IR820, IR870 & ViaKrome 808)?

Beckman Coulter, in partnership with Analis, introduces new infrared antibody conjugates IR820 and IR870, designed for flow cytometers equipped with an IR laser (e.g., Cytoflex LX, Thermo Fisher Xenith, Sony ID7000). These Research Use Only (RUO) dyes provide low noise and high-parameter performance, enabling researchers to unlock more data from every experiment.

In addition, ViaKrome 808 complements the portfolio as a fixable viability dye that can be analysed in the infrared channels.

With this expansion, Analis and Beckman Coulter are the only partners offering these unique IR reagents in the BeLux region, reinforcing our commitment to providing scientists with innovative tools for advanced spectral and conventional cytometry applications.

New Ready-to-use, dry and shelf-stable reagents:  the  BAT Test

 ALLERGY TESTING

Basophils play a critical role in allergies by releasing histamine and other mediators when activated. During a Basophil Activation Test a sample of blood is exposed to suspected allergens and then analyzed on a flow cytometer to identify the activation of basophils using conjugated antibodies specific to activation markers expressed on the surface of basophils.

The new BAT Basophil Activation Test of Beckman Coulter is a functional assay for measuring basophil activation in response to specific allergens or other stimuli.

• This test eliminates that risk, testing for multiple allergens at once through a blood draw -- saving hours of food testing and exposure to potentially harmful reactions.

• You can choose the allergens and antibodies for your custom dry antibody panel  - No antibody and no allergen pipetting needed!
