TBH 125 TD tablet hardness tester including thickness and diameter measurement including splash guard.
The TBH 125 is the ERWEKA basic device for testing tablet hardness (dual-mode: “constant speed” and “constant force”), offering accuracy, robust design as well as easy and quick handling. The unit is operated via a symbol keypad which allows effortless entering of the samples number required for testing.
Up to three physical parameters (hardness, diameter/length and thickness) can be tested. The test results (including date/time) are shown on two bright LED displays and can be printed out via the standard USB printer interface. The TBH 125 can be calibrated either statically with weight stones or dynamically with AutoCal 2.0 (3-point-calibration; menu guided). In addition, the unit generates a calibration print-out outlining individual calibration data and further information (service date and time, serial number).
The integrated menu allows easy, precise setting of the measuring mode including breaking speed/force increase rate, time/date, sensitivity of the hardness measurement and breaks between the tests to remove dust and debris.
Manual tester with product memory - TBH 325TD
The ERWEKA TBH 325, part of manual hardness and combination tester product range, features an integrated product memory for up to 50 products.
The TBH 325 provides various documentation and evaluation possibilities.
Depending on the device model, automatic measurement can be taken for tablet hardness and thickness (optional), diameter (for round tablets) or length (for oblongs) and weight (optional).
Up to 100 tablets can be precisely tested in one run.
TBH 425 TD tablet hardness, thickness and diameter measurement with magazine star-shaped magazine with chambers for 10 tablets
TRIO.CPS Contact Plate Sampler system for surfaces is used to evaluate the correct cleaning of all surfaces in contact with food and dairy products to validate the HACCP and training of the staff.
TRIO.CPS is used in pharma cleanrooms, biotech plants and healthcare facilities to standardise surface monitoring when using traditional irradiated culture media.
TRIO.CPS is used in combination with the most commercial Contact plate (e.g. RODAC) diameter 55 mm: the standard weight and 10 seconds with visual display guarantee to meet the ISO 18593 for horizontal surface sampling.
The metal base guarantees easy sterilization/disinfection.
The CFU are counted at the end of incubation and the results are reported as CFU/cm2 or CFU/culture plate.
Ideal for use with standard culture media:
- Total Bacterial Count (e.g. Trypticase Soy Agar with Lecithin and Polysorbate 80)
- Total Yeast and Molds Count (e.g. Sabouraud Glucose Agar with Lecithin and Polysorbate 80)

SRC Technology
The ultraWAVE ECR is based on the SRC (Single Reaction Chamber technology), invented by Milestone several years ago (Patents pending).
SRC technology achieves extraordinary performance capabilities combining microwave heating with a high-pressure reactor which acts simultaneously as microwave cavity and vessel.
The ultraWAVE chamber is sealed, pressurized, heated, cooled, vented, and opened via a dedicated touch-screen control terminal.
Loading a rack of samples into the chamber is the only manual operation in an otherwise fully automated process of microwave-assisted sample preparation.
The outer surfaces of the vessel remain at room temperature throughout the entire microwave heating cycle.
As a result, the ultraWAVE is dramatically less labor intensive and easier to use compared to conventional microwave digestion systems.
- High performance. The highest temperatures & pressure capabilities and the fastest cooling time.
- Increased throughput. Double throughput of traditional microwave acid digestion instruments.
- No batching required. Simultaneous digestion of any sample type combination.
- Extra Corrosive Resistance. Use large amounts of HCl in open vessels without risk of corrosion!
- Ease of use. Cleaning of digestion vials is not necessary. No vessel assembly/disassembly.
- Expertise and Support. 30-years experience at your lab with the Milestone Connect.
- Compliance. USP 232/233 Chapters, ICH Q3D Guidelines and FDA regulation 21 CFR part 11.
The height gauge V5-400
vertical measuring instruments
is the descendants of the legendary V+ line, from which thousands of units have already been sold in workshops all over the world and are universally recognized for their easy use and their high quality.
Trimos was the first to offer vertical measuring instruments on the market more than 50 years ago. The V5 represents a consolidation of know-how accumulated over the years. The very legible display and the user-friendly functions offer exceptional comfort. But that’s not it:
The V5 is equipped with a revolutionary displacement handwheel, which offers its user the choice of the displacement mode of the measuring carriage, either manual or motor-driven.
Each one of these modes, suffers from no compromise, which means that the user who prefers a manual instrument will not notice a difference with a classic manual instrument, and the same applies to the motor-driven displacement. This innovation avoids having to make a difficult choice during the purchase and can accommodate multiple potential users with the same instrument.
- Measuring ranges 400mm
- Extremely easy to use
- Electronically adjustable measuring force
- Manual or motor-driven displacement
- Larger than 300 mm probes as standard
- Vast range of accessories
- All adjustments possible without tools
- RS232 and USB interfaces
